Facile Et Rapide Fish Fromage Plat Principal Salmon

Ingrédients

  • 2 cans Canadian sockeye salmon, or mixture of can + leftover fish
  • 1 large egg or 2 small
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 cup bread cut into pieces (can use stale bread)
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • salt, pepper
  • grated cheese for topping

Étapes

  1. Put salmon in a bowl and crush bones.
  2. Beat in egg.
  3. Add cheese, bread, chopped onion, oil, salt, pepper and any other herbs you want to add.
  4. Pour into loaf pan. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  5. Cook for 25 to 30 minutes.
  6. N.B. You can use other types of fish.
