
Salmon loaf

Ingrédients
- 2 cans Canadian sockeye salmon, or mixture of can + leftover fish
- 1 large egg or 2 small
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1 cup bread cut into pieces (can use stale bread)
- 1 small onion
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- salt, pepper
- grated cheese for topping
Étapes
- Put salmon in a bowl and crush bones.
- Beat in egg.
- Add cheese, bread, chopped onion, oil, salt, pepper and any other herbs you want to add.
- Pour into loaf pan. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
- Cook for 25 to 30 minutes.
- N.B. You can use other types of fish.
